Learning Architect, Strategist, and Experience Designer

As a learning architect, I build content aligned to each audience, matched with business outcomes, and distributed using carefully-chosen technologies and platforms. I know the impact instructional design can have on the way individuals feel about the work they perform. My mission is to amplify that impact in ways that equip individuals with the tools and resources they need to thrive in their role, and succeed in their career. Today, I'm having a great time creating nationally implemented web-based, mobile-ready, and instructor-led training programs for T-Mobile.
