I managed the development of adult learning curriculum for clients ranging in size from 57,000 employees to less than one-hundred employees. The contracts I managed ranged in length from one-day academy sessions to multi-year company universities. I was directly responsible for the project management duties of each contract. In nine months I created more than sixty corporate training solutions. I developed curriculum for sessions ranging in length from ninety minutes to three days.
