Over more than 20 years in learning and development, I've been able to explore, investigate, and challenge new platforms, tools, and software to go beyond the buzz and hype. Through smart learning technology strategy I help organizations eliminate the delay between a moment of need, and the acquisition of meaningful guidance.

My background includes speaking, facilitation, leadership, management, instructional design, corporate training, program management, brand strategy, entrepreneurship, sales, and customer service. I have directly trained more than 3,000 people and developed learning and organizational strategies used around the world. I combine my MS in Instructional Design and Technology, with my BS in Digital Cinematography to increase skills using the science of adult learning theory combined with the power of effective storytelling.The result is a technical landscape that makes people feel confident, equipped, and ready to do their best work every day.
