Adult learning is more effective when we use proven development models.

I designed each of these infographics to help others discover how learning interventions can be planned using different approaches. Understanding these models is a valuable way to address common scoping challenges for any project. Knowing the pros and cons of each model can shape effective recommendations for stakeholders and SMEs.
