Service Rock Star Board Game
This is an LMS concept for a course designed to help employees prepare to play a customer service board game called, "Service Rock Star". The game is designed for use by any retail company with customer-facing employees who have less than two years of customer service experience. Located in the Canvas LMS, the course uses fun visuals, social components, assessments, and peer-to-peer conversations to drive engagement through synthetic and conceptual learning. The decision to use Canvas versus other LMS options was based on its logical layout, and mobile device enabled from the start.
