Smarter Meals for Professionals
The topic of employee wellness is a perennial topic for many organizations, yet these initiatives require more than good intentions to work effectively. This training needs analysis goes beyond pay and promotion to craft a well-defined and legally sound wellness program to benefit all employees.
This is a concept Training Needs Analysis for a fictional wellness program sponsored by a U.S. corporation, that would be implemented through an eLearn, welcome video, and online surveys and assessments. The voluntary nature of the program is designed to help increase utilization of the corporate wellness portal, and help employees make healthier meal planning decisions. Based on an annual review and both monthly and quarterly stakeholder meetings, progress, changes, and action plans related to the program would be implemented on a rolling basis. Use of the Success Case Method of analysis would seek to replicate best practices from employees having the greatest success with the program, known as Smarter Meals for Professionals.
Objective: Create an educational strategy and recommendation for a company wellness program to help employees make better meal choices.
